What services does ServyGo offer at launch?
At launch (Phase 1), ServyGo offers three services: Residential Cleaning, Lawn Care, and Emergency Truck Service. Additional service categories will be added in future phases as they are confirmed.
How do I book a service?
Create a Customer account on the ServyGo website or app, select your service, choose a time, and confirm your booking. A Provider is dispatched automatically — there's no need to compare quotes or wait for bids.
Who can become a ServyGo Provider?
Independent contractors and service businesses who meet ServyGo's licensing, insurance, and verification requirements for their service category can apply to become Providers.
How does ServyGo assign jobs to Providers?
ServyGo uses instant dispatch rather than a bidding system. Jobs are automatically routed to available, qualified Providers in the relevant service zone based on the platform's dispatch logic.
What are Priority Territory Partners (PTPs)?
Priority Territory Partners are ServyGo's premium Provider tier. For a one-time investment of CAD $15,000, a PTP secures exclusive or preferred rights to a specific territory, receives priority allocation of approximately 60% of jobs in that zone, and benefits from a favorable early commission structure.
What standards do Providers need to follow on the job?
Providers must follow the operational and service-delivery standards set out in the ServyGo Service Policy and Safety Policy, including arrival windows, professional conduct, equipment and PPE standards, and safety procedures specific to each service type.
Can earnings be guaranteed if I join as a Provider or PTP?
No. ServyGo does not guarantee income or returns to Providers or PTPs. Any revenue figures shared in marketing materials are illustrative estimates based on a phased ramp-up, not guarantees.
